WHO WE ARE
Flame Japanese Hibachi, often shortened to Flame Hibachi, is a Japanese hibachi restaurant with 19 locations across Maryland, Virginia, Pennsylvania and Florida. Every location serves the same menu of hibachi plates, Flame combos, sushi rolls, bento boxes, wings, loaded fries and boba tea.
All of the meat we serve is 100% Halal, sourced and prepared to Halal standards so every guest can order with confidence. Plates are cooked fresh on the grill when you order, finished with sauces we make in-house, and ready in minutes for dine-in, pickup, delivery or catering.
