Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items to recipe and quality standards
- Set up and maintain a clean, organized cooking station
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and portion control guidelines
- Work efficiently with the kitchen team to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Monitor food quality and freshness throughout service
- Assist with prep work and inventory as needed
Qualifications
- Prior line cook or kitchen experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-heat kitchen environment
- Knowledge of basic food safety practices
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Available for flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends
