Maryland takes its wings personally, and it takes fall Sundays even more personally. Between September and January, north Baltimore County runs on a fixed rhythm: Friday night games across the county, Saturday afternoons at Oregon Ridge or Loch Raven, and Sunday afternoons where somebody hosts and everybody else brings something.

Old Bay is not optional
There are fourteen flavors here: Rim Fire, Mango Habanero, Hot, Mild, Thai Chilli, Lemon Pepper, Garlic Parmesan, Buffalo Gold, Teriyaki, Sweet and Tangy, Honey Garlic, Honey BBQ, Chipotle BBQ and Old Bay.
In Baltimore County, Old Bay is the one people check for. It is also the one that generates the most conversation at the table, which for a host is worth something on its own. Order it even if it is not your favorite, because somebody at your tailgate will ask.
Beyond that, the reliable three-flavor split for a mixed Maryland crowd is Old Bay, Garlic Parmesan and one heat flavor. Garlic Parmesan is the flavor that vanishes fastest in every room we have ever fed. Rim Fire or Mango Habanero handles the people who came to prove something.
If you are ordering a hundred pieces, use four flavors. A hundred wings in three flavors is fine. A hundred wings in one flavor is a mistake you make once.
The counts
Six to eight, a living room. 30 pieces at $40.99 in two flavors. Add Fried Rice at $5.45 so it reads as a meal.
Twelve to fifteen, a tailgate. 50 pieces at $67.99 across three flavors, plus two or three sides.
Twenty five to forty, a hosting Sunday. 100 pieces at $130.99 across four flavors. This is the lowest cost per person on the menu by a clear margin, at roughly three fifty a head for forty people.
The people who need an actual dinner. Add bentos. The Chicken and Beef Bento at $14.85 is hibachi, vegetables, rice or noodles, a 4-piece California Roll, dumplings and spring rolls, in a closed container that travels to a parking lot without help.
Stretching an order cheaply. Fried Rice, Vegetables and Lo Mein Noodles are $5.45 each and White Rice is $3.45. Four sides added to a 50-piece order costs about twenty dollars and converts a snack into dinner for fifteen people.
What actually holds up in a parking lot
Wings hold. In a covered tray they are good for well over an hour, which is the entire reason they are the default tailgate food everywhere.
Bentos hold. They are sealed and portioned, and nobody needs to serve anything.
Hibachi plates hold reasonably. The Steak Hibachi at $13.85 and Chicken Hibachi at $10.85 are fine for forty five minutes in a covered container.
Loaded fries do not hold. The Loaded Steak Fries at $11.85 are outstanding for ten minutes. Save them for a house.
Sushi is a house order, not a lot order. The California Roll at $8.85 and Green Dragon at $10.85 are excellent and they are excellent inside.
Timing and the late window
Everything is cooked when the ticket lands. Practically:
For a Sunday afternoon game, call by Friday for anything over 50 pieces. 410-891-8087 rather than the app, so the pickup time gets scheduled properly.
For a Friday night high school game, call Thursday. Games across the county let out around 10PM and our kitchen runs until midnight, which is the reason a postgame pickup works here and does not work most places on this corridor.
Set your pickup twenty minutes before you want to serve, not at kickoff. Wings in a tray hold heat. Wings still in our kitchen do not.
One menu, one list
The entire menu is halal at every location. No pork is served, stored or cooked anywhere on the premises, and our sauces are made in our own kitchen rather than bought from a distributor, which handles the mirin and cooking sake that quietly disqualifies most commercial teriyaki and eel sauce.
For a group order in Baltimore County, that means one list instead of two, and no conversation at the tailgate about which tray is safe.
